Welcome to Pikes Peak Bounce House Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, renting, or using any of our inflatable rentals, party equipment, or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

By placing a reservation with us, the customer (“Renter”) agrees to abide by all rules, safety instructions, and policies outlined in this agreement.

All rentals are subject to availability, weather conditions, delivery access, and final approval by our team.

2. Payment & Booking

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.

Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmation has been provided by our team.

Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Weather Policy

We understand weather can be unpredictable.

Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions including heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or severe weather may qualify for a rain check, reschedule, or refund at our discretion.

Customer cancellations made within [48 hours] of the scheduled event may be subject to cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to cancel any rental if conditions are deemed unsafe.

4. Delivery & Setup

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

- Adequate setup space

- Clear access to the setup area

- Access to power within a reasonable distance

- A safe and clean setup location

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, inaccessible locations, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Setup times may vary depending on scheduling and logistics.

5. Safety Rules

Safety is our top priority. The following rules must be followed at all times:

- Adult supervision is required while equipment is in use

- No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, or pets inside inflatables

- No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior

- Follow all posted occupancy and age guidelines

- Equipment must not be moved or altered after setup

- Water may only be used on units specifically designed for wet use

Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

6. Responsibility & Liability

The Renter assumes full responsibility for all participants using the equipment during the rental period.

The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses resulting from misuse, negligence, improper supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from the use of rented equipment.

7. Damage to Equipment

The Renter is responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, theft, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged if equipment is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Equipment Use Restrictions

Our equipment may not be used:

- Indoors without approval

- On unsafe surfaces

- In high winds or severe weather

- For commercial use without written permission

- By intoxicated individuals

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

9. Photo & Marketing Release

We may occasionally take photos of setups for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your event or participants not be photographed, please notify us in writing before your event.

10. Website Use

All website content, branding, graphics, and materials are the property of [Your Bounce House Company Name] and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
